Refund policy

At Lynett Treasures, we want you to love every purchase! 💕 Non-custom items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Because our tumblers and merch are often custom-made, personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email lynetttreasures@gmail.com within 3 days with photos so we can replace or refund your item. Refunds (if approved) are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
